Melissa Beech has been an experienced leader and professional active within various business disciplines since 1991. With experience spanning over 3 decades, she is an effective and innovative coach specializing in professional development, strategic planning, team building, and process development. Melissa uses her ability to decipher her clients’ key needs and objectives to curate vehicles for life and business transformation. She has been recognized for the creation of specialized opportunities resulting in academic improvement, staff retention, and environment transformation.

She began her career as a Coordinator of Volunteer Services.  Within this position her responsibilities included: recruiting volunteers, establishing department policies and procedures, event planning, fundraising, supervising volunteers, and program development. Melissa later advanced her career in Human Resources, including employment management, training, labor relations, onboarding, and more. During her time in Human Resources, Melissa volunteered within her community offering support and resources to those needing employment counseling. These experiences in human resources helped ignite Melissa’s passion as an advocate and coach for strategic organizational development.

After leaving Human Resources, Melissa served in various capacities in the education field.  Although Melissa achieved success in creating positive day-school experiences for students and families, she believed she could be more impactful outside of the classroom.  This led Melissa to work in the out-of-school time industry.  She was able to offer students and families innovative activities, immediately applicable life skills, and financial literacy that enhanced social and emotional development.  Here, Melissa utilized her skills and experience in Human Resources as well as education.  She facilitated training and talent development, coached instructional leaders, developed training topics relevant to leadership development as well as human resource policy, she has participated in staff onboarding, and more. Melissa has and continues to support students and families while being a champion of transformational processes, a mentor, and a coach.
